Founder Workspace

Order the decision before it costs you.

Stratogenic OS is a workspace for founders who need decisions to hold. Eight tools. Strategy, evidence, crisis response, and boardroom preparation — each structured to leave something usable.

Each run draws from your company profile, recent history, and uploaded evidence. The workspace holds context between sessions so the next decision starts from where the last one landed.

Tool Room

Eight routes from pressure to usable work.

Open Tools

Strategy Builder

Turn scattered context into options, roadmap logic, and prioritised next decisions.

Run tool

Insight Audit

Find patterns, contradictions, evidence gaps, and claims that need pressure.

Run tool

Crisis Playbook

Map the first 72 hours, the next 90 days, and the full recovery path.

Run tool

Boardroom

Frame decisions before the real room forms: evidence, risk, action, and ask.

Run tool

Pitch Jester

Interrogate collapse vectors, investor objections, shocks, and founder bias.

Run tool

Founder Mirror

Surface the uncomfortable truth, the principle, and the next honest action.

Run tool

RED/BLUE Team

Attack and defend the plan so weaknesses become actionable early.

Run tool

Briefs

Produce repeatable founder, investor, team, and board-ready brief formats.

Calibration Layer

Every run adjusts to how you operate.

Three layers of context shape what each tool produces: your founder archetype, the expert perspective applied, and the industry playbook active for your sector. These are not themes. They change the analytical frame, the questions the tool prioritises, and the structure of the output.

12

Jungian archetypes

Your operating style as a founder — drawn from the 12 classical Jungian archetypes — shapes the decision bias, strategic flow, and language register of every run. The Creator reads a market gap differently from The Ruler.

Expert perspectives

Each tool run applies a named expert lens with a distinct logic model and bias profile — from VC due diligence to behavioural economics to fractional Chief of Staff. The expert shapes how the tool interrogates your context.

Sector-specific playbooks cover competitive dynamics, KPI benchmarks, and risk profiles. The analysis stays grounded in what is actually true for your sector, not generic business logic.

Decision RunBoardroom

Proceed only if margin risk is bounded.

Evidence supports the customer pull, but pricing pressure and delivery load need a tighter operating guardrail.

Context first

The workspace keeps company profile, evidence, diagnostics, and recent decisions in view.

Decision outputs

Every run is designed to leave a clearer action, risk, artifact, or board-ready frame.

Signed-in workspace

Tools run against your company context. Setup takes five minutes. Credits control costs without a subscription gate.

Access Model

Sign in, set context, spend credits where decisions matter.

OS is not a chatbot. Each run draws from your company profile, evidence, and prior decisions. Credits control the cost per tool. Outputs are designed to be used in real decisions, not read and set aside.

About the platform

Built for decisions that need to hold.

Stratogenic OS runs on a persistent context layer called GodThread — a structured model of your company that accumulates across every tool run, document upload, and workspace session. Each run draws from that model and writes back to it. The workspace gets sharper the more it is used, rather than resetting between sessions.

Before any language model is involved, the platform runs deterministic enrichment across your inputs: breakeven analysis, tension synthesis, red flag detection, KPI targeting, benchmark profiling, and confidence scoring against evidence signals. The model receives structured evidence, not a description. That is why diagnostic outputs carry confidence scores — they reflect how much evidence actually supports each finding.

Outputs are structured for use, not reading. Action proposals carry owners and due dates. Boardroom decisions carry named commitments. Diagnostic findings carry confidence scores against evidence. The design assumption is that a founder will take the output into a real room — so it needs to hold under questioning.

The archetype system, expert lenses, and industry playbooks are not presentation layers. They change the analytical weights, the risk questions surfaced, and the language of the output. A VC-lens Sage running a strategy on a SaaS business in contraction gets a different analytical frame from a Creator running growth strategy in an EdTech pre-seed. That specificity is the product.
